Empowered4More was founded on a simple but radical conviction: that the circumstances a woman is born into should never determine the ceiling of what she can achieve. Too many women carry the weight of narratives that were never theirs to begin with — stories written by poverty, systemic barriers, and a lack of access to opportunity.
We started with conversations. With listening. With the recognition that real transformation doesn't come from programs alone — it comes from relationship, from being seen, and from having someone stand beside you and say: "More is possible for you."
Today, Empowered4More operates at the intersection of narrative change, economic empowerment, and generational transformation. We bring together women, communities, funders, and corporate partners around a shared commitment to creating futures that were once unimaginable.

Empowered4More was born from Tomiko's desire to see women realize that their current circumstances do not define their future. Having experienced seasons of challenge, uncertainty, and rebuilding firsthand, she knows what it means to need encouragement, opportunity, and someone who believes in your potential. She founded Empowered4More to help women recognize their value, pursue economic mobility, and create a legacy that changes what is possible for the generations that follow.
